Once we receive all your information from your current accountant, we will complete a business healthcheck with you. We will review your business structure, reporting systems, and discuss the findings from our 3 year financial review. From there, we can talk about where you want your business to go, and set some KPIs and goals for the coming year.
We will then set up your accounting system and train you how to use it.
We will provide you with an annual service plan so you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
We will then maintain regular contact with you, monitor your financials and report back to you regularly so you know where to stand.
